UPDATE (7 p.m.): The issues with OneDrive and SharePoint have been resolved.
UPDATE (2:30 p.m.): Microsoft is now reporting that some users ”may experience intermittent delays or navigation errors when accessing SharePoint sites or OneDrive content.’’ Microsoft continues to work to remedy the problems.
UPDATE (11:30 a.m.): Microsoft reports that the issues with OneDrive and SharePoint have been resolved. Users may still experience performance issues for a period as the services are reconnecting.
Microsoft is taking action to fix problems with intermittent delays and issues accessing OneDrive and SharePoint content. The problems were initially reported at about 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 12.
The Office of Information Technology will share updates as they become available.
UPDATE: The maintenance was completed by 7 a.m. on Sept. 12. Additional capacity was added, and the Office of Information Technology will continue to monitor the situation.
Mobile printing will be unavailable for about ten minutes from 6-7 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 12.
The downtime should last about 5-10 minutes and will affect mobility printing at Rutgers University–Camden and Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
Additional capacity is being added to address unprecedented demand for mobility printing. If additional issues occur before tomorrow morning, the Office of Information Technology may have to perform the emergency maintenance sooner.

Printing in the Office of Information Technology computer labs and mobile printing are currently unavailable in Camden and New Brunswick. The Office of Information Technology is working with the vendor to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
UPDATE: These technology upgrades have been completed.
A number of student information services and systems, including Web Registration, will be unavailable on Sunday, July 22, from 7:30 a.m. to noon due to planned upgrades to the university’s mainframe Information Management System (IMS). These upgrades are required to keep pace with information technology advances and to provide reliable and secure IT services.
Rutgers is recommending new antivirus software for use on Macintosh and Windows computers owned by students, faculty, and staff. The university’s current license for Symantec antivirus software expires on June 30.
You should take the following steps to secure your computer equipment with antivirus software.
Please note that Rutgers has chosen Cisco Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) for use on University-owned equipment. IT staff members at the university are currently working on the transition to Cisco AMP for Rutgers-owned equipment; a number of departments have already completed this transition. Uninstall Symantec Endpoint Protection before June 30
In advance of June 30, you should uninstall Symantec Endpoint Protection antivirus software that was previously downloaded from the Rutgers Software Portal for use on personal equipment. After June 30, Symantec software from the Software Portal will not be updated automatically and you will likely see error messages.

To-Do is a simple productivity app to help you keep track of everything you need to get done. The app lets you create to-do items, assign due dates to them, and categorize your tasks with lists.
Microsoft To-Do was created by the team behind Wunderlist, a popular to-do list app now owned by Microsoft. Built on Microsoft Exchange and inspired by Wunderlist, To-Do brings you the best of both worlds: the simplicity of its predecessor combined with the security of Exchange, meaning that To-Do is both pleasant to use and suitable for tasks requiring HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance.
A number of To-Do features help you stay focused on your tasks:
You’re able to categorize your tasks into lists, which can be assigned a color, a background scene, and (in the mobile and desktop applications) a label emoji.
You can choose to collaborate on lists with colleagues, allowing others to mark tasks complete.
A My Day list presents your tasks for the day. To help you prioritize, a feature called Suggestions scans all of your to-do items and suggests tasks to add to your My Day list.
As part of Rutgers Connect, To-Do integrates with Outlook Tasks, which can be accessed from both the desktop and online versions of Outlook, the email application for Rutgers Connect. When you create an item in the To-Do app, that item will also show up in Outlook Tasks. Likewise, items added to Outlook Tasks show up in the To-Do app.
For faculty and staff members using Rutgers Connect, Microsoft To-Do provides a simple and effective way to track tasks using a variety of devices. The app is available for iOS and Android devices, as well as via the web at connect.rutgers.edu (choose the “app launcher” in the upper lefthand corner, then look for To-Do among the list of “all apps”).
